1. Your licence to use the this web site

Failure or delay by either party enforcing an obligation or exercising a right under these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
English law applies to these terms and conditions, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. It is agreed that the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under or in connection with these terms and conditions. The place of contractual performance and commission of tort by you or us is England.
If you visit our web site from another location you are responsible for satisfying yourself that you can lawfully use the web site.
